Once you submit a claim, you will be assigned your own dedicated representative who will contact you within 24 hours of a claim being reported. If you call to notify us of a new claim, we’ll be making decisions right from the first moment. Where required, we’ll have the right experts on-site within a matter of hours. 

Please provide as many details as you can. The more information we have about your loss, the better able we will be to allocate the right resources for your claim. Although we process thousands of claims every year, we treat each customer the way we would want to be treated, with the same care and attention.

Assessing the Damage: Our expertise

We have a dedicated team of high net worth claims advisers and handlers. Where necessary, we will instruct third parties from our panel of high net worth claims experts, including loss adjusters and damage limitation specialists. Chubb’s UK road adjuster force is unique in the sector. With the authority to approve claims on the spot and transfer the funds to your account the same day, you can rely on the field force to be there, with you, when you need them most.

Larger, more complicated losses are handled by our executive claims adjusters in London. The team has a proven track record of delivering the best outcome for our customers.

For smaller claims, we have effective controls in place to empower our people and streamline the overall process, allowing a speedy settlement with minimum inconvenience to our customers.

A Return to Normality: The settlement process

Our office staff have access to the same fast pay technology as our field adjusters, meaning that claims are frequently settled on the same day they are received. When we can’t process a fast pay settlement, we will still make every effort to issue your payment within 48 hours of receiving the necessary claim information.
