Managing Attorney

As Managing Attorney of Yapchanyk, Prezioso  & Yang, Mr. Yapchanyk has tried dozens of cases throughout the venues of New York City. Mr. Yapchanyk currently defends various types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, automobile liability and construction site matters.

Mr. Prezioso is a member of the Casualty Practice Group. Mr. Prezioso is experienced in defending all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence, automobile liability, construction defect and construction accidents.

Ms. Yang is a Supervising Attorney in the firm's Employment Liability and Casualty Practice Groups. Lauren represents employers and housing organizations against the range of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters.

After graduating law school, Ms. Peknic worked for a private defense firm practicing in premises liability, construction accidents and general negligence. She joined Yapchanyk, Prezioso  & Yang in December 2009 and her practice areas include general, premises, and automobile liability.

Michelle Vizzi is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the New York House Counsel firm of Yapchanyk, Prezioso  & Yang.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Vizzi practiced in national and regional firms, primarily defending professional liability and employment-related claims.
