Peter T. Mensching is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the New York House Counsel firm of Yapchanyk, Prezioso & Yang. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Mensching was a Supervising attorney for Farmers Insurance Company Staff Counsel. Peter currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle liability and construction site liability.
