John Serio has over twenty years of experience in all facets of civil litigation including Construction/Labor Law, Subrogation, Municipal Liability, Automobile, Products Liability, and Premises cases. He began his legal career with Chubb’s Manhattan House Counsel office, later broadened his experience in claims with a focus on subrogation and recovery, and subsequently returned to Chubb’s New York City House Counsel firm, Yapchanyk, Prezioso & Yang.
