Mr. McGuinness is an experienced litigation attorney with over 30 years of litigation and counseling experience. He is rated as “AV^® Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and is regularly recognized on The List of South Florida’s Top Lawyers in the area of Labor and Employment Litigation by the South Florida Legal Guide.

Ms. Cicero has over 30 years of litigation experience and is rated as “AV^® Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell. Her areas of practice include all areas of general liability, premises liability, personal injury, Directors and Officers, homeowners and condominium law, defamation and professional liability errors & omission claims against property managers and staffing agencies.

Jeff Bogert is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero.  Mr. Bogert is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in construction law and currently defends all types of property and casualty liability cases, including construction defect, premises liability, and products liability cases.

Dax Dietiker is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero.  Mr. Dietiker currently defends all types of property and casualty cases, including construction defect, premises liability and products liability cases.

Mr. Goodz is an Attorney in the Employment Practices Liability Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Mr. Goodz has a wealth of experience litigating all forms of employment matters in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.

For the past 24 years, Ms. Suarez has focused her practice on defending employment-related cases in the federal and state courts of Florida. Ms. Suarez also regularly represents employers before the various federal, state and county administrative agencies that are responsible for administering and enforcing labor and employment laws.

Ms. Valashinas has over 20 years of litigation experience. She focuses her practice on defending general liability claims, including those for personal injury, premises liability, products liability, fraud and misrepresentation. In addition, Ms. Valashinas defends claims against brought against condominium and homeowners associations, including their directors and officers.

Natalie Davy is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Tampa House Counsel firm of McGuiness & Cicero.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Davy spent a decade practicing personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, products liability and premises liability.  Prior to that, Ms. Davy spent several years practicing in the areas of imminent domain, regulatory takings, utility condemnation and construction litigation.

Britney Annette Quow is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Quow worked for a full service, general defense law firm that provided legal services to the insurance industry, corporate risk management and commercial clients throughout the state of Florida.

Dan Dresch is an attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero in the Sunrise Office.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Dresch was a partner with the law firm of Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo, handling high exposure cases in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, auto negligence, UM/UIM, sexual abuse, products liability, first party property, school negligence, and construction defect.  Prior to that, he was with Akerman advising upper level management on complex compliance matters.  Before Akerman, Mr. Dresch began his legal career as an Assistant School Board Attorney, handling the defense of a variety of tort cases for the School Board of Miami-Dade County.  Mr. Dresch has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and has tried multiple cases to jury verdict.
