Daniel C. Dresch

Dan Dresch is an attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero in the Sunrise Office.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Dresch was a partner with the law firm of Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo, handling high exposure cases in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, auto negligence, UM/UIM, sexual abuse, products liability, first party property, school negligence, and construction defect.  Prior to that, he was with Akerman advising upper level management on complex compliance matters.  Before Akerman, Mr. Dresch began his legal career as an Assistant School Board Attorney, handling the defense of a variety of tort cases for the School Board of Miami-Dade County.  Mr. Dresch has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and has tried multiple cases to jury verdict.
