Neil F. McGuinness,
Neil F. McGuinness is the Managing Attorney of the Florida Staff Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Neil is an experienced litigation attorney with over 30 years of litigation and counseling experience. Prior to joining Chubb’s Staff Counsel, Neil was in private practice and also previously worked for several large law firms, including Baker & McKenzie (National Partner in the Miami Office practicing in the firm's U.S. Compensation & Employment Law Practice Group) and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
