As the Managing Attorney of Eustace, Prezioso and Yapchanyk, Mr. Eustace is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, having handled matters throughout New York State involving product liability, labor law, premises liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle liability, elevator liability, premises security, civil rights, defamation, and nursing home liability.

Mr. Prezioso is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Prezioso is experienced in defending all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence, automobile liability, construction defect and construction accidents.

As a Supervising Attorney for the Casualty Practice Group, Mr. Yapchanyk has tried dozens of cases throughout the venues of New York City. Mr. Yapchanyk currently defends various types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, automobile liability and construction site matters.

Ms.Yang is a Supervising Attorney overseeing the Subrogation Practice Group. Subrogation focuses on property damage cases arising from fire, water, structural collapse, construction defects, mechanical failures, consumer product failures, product liability, in both commercial insured and personal risk insured contexts.

Ms. Fraenkel is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Ms. Fraenkel's specific practice includes the defense of allegations of violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act or "Whistleblower Act," the defense of Title VII claims.

Mr. Linefsky is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Linefsky currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including labor law, premises liability, products liability and general negligence litigation.

Mr. Mazzei is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Mazzie currently defends all types of casualty liability matters, including premises liability, products liability, construction accidents, property damage, automobile liability and general negligence.

Mr. Mensching is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Mensching currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle liability and construction site liability.

Mr. Michell is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Michell currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, construction liability and property damage cases.

Mr. Munger is a member of the Subrogation Practice Group.  Mr. Munger brings with him more than 25-years of litigation experience with a specific focus on large loss subrogation and recovery on behalf of a number of insurance companies and their insureds.

Mr. Peknic is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  After graduating law school, Ms. Peknic worked for a private defense firm practicing in premises liability, construction accidents and general negligence. She joined Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk in December 2009 and her practice areas include general, premises, and automobile liability.

Mr. Rocco is a member of the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Rocco currently defends all types of casualty liability actions including labor law, premises liability and general negligence litigation.

Mr. Tomari is a member of the Financial Lines Practice Group.  Mr. Tomari is a seasoned litigator with substantial experience in federal courts throughout the United States as well as the state courts of New York.

Mr. Tumbleson is a member of the Subrogation Practice Group. Subrogation recovery focuses on property damage claims typically arising from casualties such as fires, water leaks, machinery and equipment failures.

Mr. Loescher is an Associate in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Matthew worked in a private firm practicing civil litigation.

Michelle Vizzi is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the New York House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Vizzi practiced in national and regional firms, primarily defending professional liability and employment-related claims.

Heather Martone-Santos is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the New York House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Martone-Santos primarily defended employment-related claims for both private international firms and public entities in New York and California.

Adam E. Adler has joined the Subrogation Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezisio, & Yapchanyk in the New York City Office.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Adler served as in-house counsel for Allstate, GEICO, and a Texas Managing General Agency.

Warren George is an Associate in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Warren has been in legal practice for over ten years and prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Warren worked at an insurance defense firm.

Kadion D. Henry is a member of the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Henry was a Trial Attorney for MTA/New York City Transit Authority where he defended the agency and its employees.
