Mr. Ward started his career in insurance in the UK, moving to Hong Kong in 1993 and then on to various general management positions in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia. He joined Chubb (then ACE) in 2006 to head the Middle East operations and moved to Australia in 2010 as Country President of Australia & New Zealand. Subsequently, he served as the Regional President for the Eurasia and Africa region till April 2021. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Insurer. Presently, he serves as an advisor and is a director on the Board of various Chubb Group companies.

Mr. Dixon has worked in the Insurance business since 1977 and joined INA, a predecessor Company of the Chubb Group in 1980. Mr. Dixon holds the qualification of ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Having commenced his career in the UK, Mr. Dixon spent 12 years working in roles in Continental Europe, Japan and Middle East and North Africa (MENA). He also served as the Regional Director of the MENA region. MENA Insurance Review, one of the leading trade publications in the Middle East consistently included Mr. Dixon in its’ annual list of the 50 most influential industry leaders in the region, citing his instrumental involvement in building up Chubb's reputation across the MENA region, particularly within financial lines, energy and construction, three strategically important lines of business for MENA's (re)insurance industry. Mr. Dixon currently serves as an advisor and is a director on the Board of various Chubb Group companies.

Mr. Chaudhri is the Country President/ Chief Executive of Chubb Insurance Pakistan Limited since October 2017. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) from Canada and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada and Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting both from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is also a Certified Director from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Chaudhri has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Chaudhri was working for the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto. Mr. Chaudhri was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Chubb Pakistan and has been with the Company since 2012 when he decided to relocate to Pakistan.

Zehra Naqvi was the CEO of Chubb Insurance Pakistan from September 2005 to September 2017. She has over 35 years of work experience in the insurance sector. Prior to joining Chubb and its predecessor companies (CIGNA and ACE) in 1990, she worked with Royal Exchange Assurance, a branch of Guardian Royal Exchange, UK and with Adamjee Insurance Company in Pakistan. Ms. Naqvi holds a B.Sc. Degree, and an MBA Degree from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi University. She is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK and is a Certified Director from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has served as an elected Member of the Executive Committee of the Insurance Association of Pakistan, the Executive Committee of The American Business Council and the Managing Committee of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Ms.Naqvi has represented the Insurance Association of Pakistan, on the Council of Pakistan Insurance Institute and was Chairperson of the Institute for the term of 2016. She has been a visiting faculty member at the Institute. Ms. Naqvi has served as an Independent Director on the Board of Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited. She presently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Chubb Insurance Pakistan Limited, as an Independent Director on the Boards of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Attock Petroleum Limited and IGI Life Insurance Limited.

Mr. Shah is the former CEO of Chubb Insurance Pakistan Limited, and former Managing Director of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company, KSA. Mr. Shah has been associated with the Insurance Industry from 1979 and with the Chubb Group from 1986. He holds an MBA in Insurance Management from The College of Insurance N.Y., a BS degree in Insurance & Economics, and a B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and is also a Certified Director from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Prior to joining Chubb and its predecessor companies, Mr. Shah worked with New Jubilee Insurance Company Limited, Abu Dhabi National Insurance Corporation, and United Bank Limited.

Mr Mills started his career in insurance with General Re. in the UK in 2000 as facultative reinsurance underwriter specialising in casualty, professional indemnity and directors’ and officers’ liability facultative reinsurance in the London and Lloyd’s insurance market. He joined AIG in the UK as a financial institutions underwriter in 2003. In 2004 Mr. Mills retrained as a solicitor with AIG and with Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He then practised as a corporate insurance lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Mr. Mills joined Chubb (then ACE) in 2010 as an in-house legal counsel. He took up his current role as Deputy General Counsel, Europe, Eurasia and Africa in 2020. Mr. Mills holds a BA (hons) in History from Reading University and Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Mr. Charles currently serves as the Divisional Finance Officer within the EMEA region, a position he has held since early 2014. He joined Chubb (formerly ACE) at the beginning of 2006 and during that time has held a number of positions responsible for finance activities across EMEA. Mr. Charles is a fellow of the ACCA, having graduated from South Bank University in 2001. Prior to joining Chubb Limited, Mr. Charles held a number of senior finance positions with established UK companies including Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, Cable & Wireless, United News & Media and Scottish Courage. In his current role as Divisional Finance Officer, Mr. Charles provides oversight for financial operations across Turkey, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Tunisia, Russia, Ukraine and South Africa.

Mr. Dmitriev possesses over 26 years of underwriting and insurance company management experience. He worked with AIG Russia from 1995 to 2008, holding various underwriting and underwriting management positions and served as the President of AIG Russia between 2004 and 2008. Mr. Dmitriev joined ACE Russia (predecessor company of Chubb Russia in October 2008 as the Country President for Russia & CIS. From 2015 to 2017 he also had management responsibility for ACE Turkey and worked as acting Country President of ACE Turkey in Istanbul. In 2021 he was assigned the additional role of Commercial Lines Manager Central Region (Switzerland, MENA and Turkey). Mr. Dmitriev also serves as a director on the Boards of Chubb Russia, Chubb Life Russia, Chubb Turkey, and Russian Re. He possesses a Masters Degree in International Business from MGIMO University Moscow and an MBA from East Bay University, USA.
