Mr. Kirmser is the Managing Attorney of Kirmser, Lamastra, Cunningham & Skinner. Mr. Kirmser's current practice concentrates on complex litigation in the field of general liability, construction defect, construction accidents, product liability and directors & officers liability.
Mr. Lamastra is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. His areas of practice include civil litigation, Directors and Officers liability, premises liability, products liability and insurance subrogation.
Mr. Cunningham has litigated over 450 cases for Chubb, including over 70 dispositive motions and 19 trials. His current practice concentrates on complex litigation matters involving products liability, wrongful death or other complex damages.
Ms. Boyle represents management in employment litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of employment discrimination, wrongful termination and whistle blower suits. Ms. Boyle has also provided counseling to employers on employment matters such as workforce reductions, family leave laws, employment handbooks and policies, reasonable accommodations for disabilities and providing training to prevent workplace harassment.
