Timothy P. Malacrida is an attorney in Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm, Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner. Tim maintains both a general liability and financial lines practice to include the litigation of premises, automobile and product liability cases as well as complex construction defect cases, directors and officers suits and employment claims. Tim regularly practices in State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and represents clients in various administrative forums.
Prior to joining House Counsel, Tim was an associate at the New Jersey office of Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C., where his practice focused on defending commercial automobile, products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability claims. A significant portion of Tim's practice also concerned defending railroads in claims brought by both passengers and employees. Tim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Maron in the Civil Division of both the Hudson and Passaic Vicinages.
