Antoinette Tutt,

Los Angeles. Antoinette Tutt concentrates her practice in all aspects of employment law. Her employment practice focuses on representing employers, management and their employees in lawsuits for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, breach of contract, trade secrets and various other tort claims. She also regularly assists clients in responding to administrative charges and lawsuits asserting statutory violations under Title VII, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. In addition, Ms. Tutt also has experience counseling clients on employment agreements, leaves of absence, accommodating disabilities, and other employment policies and procedures.

Ms. Tutt litigates in both state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board. She has a track record of effectively resolving disputes through both mediation and motion practice. Ms. Tutt also has trial and arbitration experience.
