Chubb Benefits opens new regional office in Chattanooga, Tennessee

The new regional office is located in Warehouse Row and is home to 40 team members.

CHICAGO, Jan. 15, 2026 — Chubb Benefits, a leading North American provider of supplemental insurance sold to employees at the worksite and directly to individuals, announced today that it has opened a new regional office in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Nearly 40 team members in the Chattanooga area, who previously worked remotely, will call the office home, including a cross-departmental mix of executives, sales and field support leaders, as well as members of the Claims, Enrollment, Legal, Compensation, Operations and Underwriting teams.

Chubb Benefits will partner with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the opening of the new office with a ribbon-cutting event on Jan. 15, 2026.

Combined Insurance Unveils New Chubb Benefits Brand

Enhanced identity achieves greater clarity and consistency with the global Chubb brand

CHICAGO, Jan. 5, 2026 – Combined Insurance Company of America, a Chubb company and a leading North American provider of supplemental insurance, today announced the launch of the Chubb Benefits brand, which delivers greater clarity and consistency through closer alignment with the global Chubb brand.

Chubb Benefits, which includes three businesses that serve customers across North America, reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and its purpose of providing financial protection for individuals and strategic benefits solutions for employers.
