Complaints Handling Process

  • Listen, apologize, and thank the customer for every comment received. This is our modus operandi for our complaints resolution process.
  • Our goal is to try to solve problems immediately.
  • If the problem cannot be solved, the officers will forward all information together with the customer's request to the related department to investigate further and resolve the situation in the best way possible.
  • The Complaints Handling Center will inform the customer of the investigation's results within the next working day.
  • If the problem needs further deliberation, the Complaints Handling Center will inform the customer of the progress made until the problem is fully resolved.
