Joseph P. Batastini,
Joseph Batastini is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Batastini worked for Chubb's Multinational Claims department in Wilmington, DE where he handled domestic and international claims in the areas of EPL, D&O, General Liability and Worker's Compensation. Mr. Batastini currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability and auto liability.
