Bruce Owens is an Associate in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray. Mr. Owens currently is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb’s insureds, including claims arising under Title VII, American with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal state laws.
Mr. Owens has extensive experience in reviewing a wide range of employment law cases and investigating charges of discrimination. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Owens worked as an attorney in the Unemployment Compensation Unit at Philadelphia Legal Assistance, handling a variety of employment issues on a regular basis. Mr. Owens also worked as an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor where he litigated cases under the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
