Robert K. Bates,

Robert K. Bates, Jr. is a member of the Subrogation Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Bates was staff counsel for more than 25 years with a national property and casualty insurance company, where he established its subrogation practice and defended personal injury and property damage cases against cooperatives, condominiums and restaurants.

Mr. Bates has experience working with forensic experts, investigators, and claims adjusters, and currently specializes in a wide range of complex subrogation matters involving fires, water damage, mechanical failures, motor vehicle accidents and fine art.
