Matthew W. Loescher,
Mr. Loescher is an Associate in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Matthew worked in a private firm practicing civil litigation. Mr. Loescher currently defends a wide range of complex property damage cases that include those arising from fire, water, structural collapse, construction defects, mechanical failures, consumer product failures, product liability, in both commercial insured and personal risk insured contexts.
