Heather Martone-Santos,
Heather Martone-Santos is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the New York House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Martone-Santos primarily defended employment-related claims for both private international firms and public entities in New York and California. Ms. Martone-Santos currently defends claims against Chubb’s insureds involving a wide range of employment claims, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and directors and officers liability matters.
