Daniel P. Rocco is an attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Rocco was a Senior Associate at a private defense firm practicing in high exposure construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, products liability and toxic tort matters. Mr. Rocco currently defends all types of casualty liability actions including labor law, premises liability and general negligence litigation.
