Timothy P. Malacrida,
Timothy P. Malacrida is an attorney in Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm, Kirmser, Lamastra, Cunningham & Skinner. In addition to litigating premises, automobile and product liability cases, Tim's practice includes the defense of both complex construction defect cases and directors and officers suits brought against Chubb insureds in New Jersey state and federal courts.
Prior to joining House Counsel, Tim was an associate at the New Jersey office of Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C., where his practice focused on defending commercial automobile, products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability claims. A significant portion of Tim's practice also concerned defending railroads in claims brought by both passengers and employees. Tim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Maron in the Civil Division of both the Hudson and Passaic Vicinages.
