Sean N. Knoll is an Associte in the Chicago House Counsel firm of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Knoll worked as a law clerk at Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Mr. Knoll currently focuses his practice on employment and civil rights litigation, including defending harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Section 1983, Section 1981 and the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA).
