Joshua J. Whiteside,
Joshua J. Whiteside is an Attorney at the Chicago House Counsel firm Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Mr. Whiteside has practiced in many areas of civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country. He has specific experience handling property subrogation, general liability, premises liability, and product liability matters. Immediately prior to joining Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri, he practiced at a mid-sized litigation firm in Chicago litigating subrogation and product liability cases. Mr. Whiteside currently handles claims and litigation involving subrogation and general and product liability defense.
