Christopher J. Dallavo is a senior attorney in Chubb's Chicago House Counsel office of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Mr. Dallavo is a certified arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Circuit Court for the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit (Kane County). He has tried jury and non-jury cases to verdict in Cook County and Kane County. He has argued appeals in the First, Second and Third Districts of the Illinois Appellate Court. His practice has included defending cases alleging premises liability, products liability, general negligence, automobile liability and construction accidents. He also is experienced in defending professional liability litigation including various categories of professionals including debt collectors, franchises, freight forwarders and property managers. He was born in Dearborn, Michigan and attended high school in Barrington, Illinois. He lives in Western Springs, Illinois with his wife and two daughters.
