Laura A. Penney,
Laura Penney is an Attorney in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New Haven House Counsel firm, Musco & Iassogna. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Laura was a Partner at FLB Law in Westport, Connecticut; Associate Attorney at Halloran Sage in Westport, Connecticut; and Associate Attorney at Esty & Buckmir in Hamden, Connecticut. Laura has extensive civil litigation experience and has handled a wide range of general liability matters, primarily involving auto and premises liability, condominium law, contract law, discrimination, and construction defects. Her practice is now focused on subrogation and recovery on behalf of Chubb.
