Bio
Debra Latkowski is a Senior Employment Litigation Counsel in the Employment Litigation Group of Chubb’s New Haven House Counsel firm, Musco & Iassogna. After graduating from New England School of Law, cum laude, Attorney Latkowski worked for the State of Connecticut, Superior Court Judicial Branch as a Legal Research Law Clerk to the Judges of the Superior Court and was then promoted to Supervisor of Legal Research Law Clerks. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Attorney Latkowski worked for over twenty years at a mid-sized insurance defense firm. Her practice included employment matters, municipal liability, subrogation claims, wrongful death, medical malpractice, coverage opinions and commercial and construction litigation. Attorney Latkowski has experience handling matters in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Presently, Attorney Latkowski defends claims on behalf of employers involving discrimination, sexual and other harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and violation of state and federal Family Medical Leave Act.
