Coverage is written on a follow form basis excess of an attachment point of at least US $100million.
  • Chubb can write separate aggregate for D&O and corporation reimbursement, subject to maximum aggregate limits of US $50 million
  • Follow form coverage can be provided for Side A, B and C
  • Followed policy does not have to be primary policy
  • Followed policy does not have to be the same for each insuring clause

  • Can follow CODA D&O coverage
  • Full difference-in-conditions/drop-down
  • Maximum combined Chubb/CODA aggregate limit is US $75 million
