Terms and Conditions for "HtarwaraThukha" campaign

By participating in the “HtarwaraThukha” Campaign (“Campaign”), participants will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions.

The Campaign period shall be from 22nd February 2024 to 3rd March 2024. (“Campaign period”)

Steps to participate

1. Post a photo of you with your family sharing a cherished memory or special story of your family enduring love​.

2. Make your post public and use the hashtags #ChubbLifeMyanmar #ထာဝရသုခ

3. Take a screenshot of your Facebook post and share it in the comment section of the original post.

The prize is exactly one (1) brand-new Apple Watch Series 9 (“Prize”). Lucky winner will be randomly selected by Chubb Life Myanmar (“Chubb”) and will receive a brand-new Apple Watch Series 9!

Winner selection process and notification

1. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from amongst the participants by Chubb at the end of the Campaign Period and will receive a Apple Watch Series 9. The lucky winner will be announced on 15th March 2024 and will be informed via Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook to come and claim the prize.

2. By submitting a Post, you agree to allow Chubb to use the content and pictures contained in your Post for marketing, promotion, information and education purposes, at no cost. Chubb reserves the right to publicize and promote the Posts (and any content contained therein) for their own purposes. The winning Post submissions may be branded with the Chubb logo at the discretion of Chubb.

3. The One (1) lucky winner will be announced via the Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook Page and will also be announced in the comment section of the original Campaign post. Failure to respond to the Winner Announcement Notification within fourteen (14) days from the announcement date will result in forfeiting the prize. Chubb will then replace the winner by selecting another winner randomly. Chubb shall not be liable for any event (not being due to a willful act or omission by Chubb) which results in failure to receive a Winner Announcement from Chubb, or which results in the Winner being unable to respond to Chubb within the given timeframe (including, but not limited to, technical difficulties, the Winner’s Facebook account being temporarily suspended, or Internet Services not being available at the winner’s location)

4. Any decision regarding the winner selection made by Chubb are final and non-appealable.

5. Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason, the designated prize cannot be awarded to the Winner, Chubb retains the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value as a replacement.

6. Chubb reserves the right at all times to amend, add, modify these Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Campaign without giving any prior notice. Chubb decision in connection to the Terms and Conditions or any rules and procedures related the Campaign shall be final.
