This process includes verification of name, birth date, social security number and address history; corporate employment and education history; criminal history, including sex offender records, civil litigation, as well as related records at the municipal, state and federal level. Family court records will also be reviewed. In certain states a subject's driving record can be reviewed.

Even more intensive background checks are also available at the discounted rate of $400. Such investigations include all components previously described and add the following: Screening of principal(s) in local media and internet sources (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.), as well as international/governmental watch lists; gauging of risk factors and reputation through telephone interviews of references provided to AG; and evaluation of business and community reputation.

A still higher level of background investigation is also available for an additional hourly fee.
