David B. Markell is the third generation in his family to enter the insurance industry after graduating from college. He joined his family business Markell & Sons which was established in 1915 in Fall River, MA. Commercial insurance was his specialty and after many years he opened a second office in Newport, RI. Since selling the agencies a number of years ago, David has now joined Triton Insurance as a partner handling both personal and commercial accounts.
