Chubb Mobile Estimate App

Use our Chubb Mobile Estimate App to help facilitate your estimate for auto damage following a covered accident. Estimates should be completed within a few hours, and your settlement may be finalized the very same day.

  1. From a smartphone, let your Claims Examiner know that you want to use the Chubb Mobile Estimate App to obtain an estimate. A link to download the app will be sent to you via text message.
  2. Launch the app and enter the required information. You will need your car's VIN.
  3. Follow the instructions to take and submit photos of your vehicle's damage.
  4. Get an estimate typically within three hours via text message.
  5. Choose whether you want to receive a check for the estimate amount or take your car to a repair shop. You always have the choice to choose your own repair shop or to use Chubb's Masterpiece Auto Preference shops.
