Signing up for AutoPay is easy. Your clients can conveniently sign-up for automatic recurring payments for any of their SCI policies through the Chubb Commercial Client Center. Clients can select their preferred AutoPay payment type including EFT, debit, or credit card.

In addition, clients with a mono-line Chubb business owner’s policy (Chubb BOP) will also see a reduction in their installment fees. After the initial payment, each additional payment will be assessed a $5 installment fee – that’s a 50% savings per payment! Clients living in Florida and West Virginia will see no change – each additional payment will continue to be assessed a $3 installment fee. Please note, Chubb does not charge an installment fee on full-pay or the first installment of any other payment plan. And there is more!
Chubb is now making it easier for your clients to be kept up-to-date on their payment activity. Through the Chubb Commercial Client Center, your clients can enroll to receive payment notification emails. Payment notifications include when a bill is ready to be viewed, when a payment is past due, when Chubb has received a payment, and more!
