Chubb Small Commercial Insurance (SCI) had an outstanding year delivering new functionality and enhancements on the Chubb Marketplace. Here are a few highlights from 2019:
- Launched a refreshed Chubb Commercial Client Center including a new and improved interface and easy claims submission capabilities
- Expanded our Marketplace appetite for food services, manufacturers, and artisan contractors
- Teamed up with Westchester, a Chubb company, to offer Westchester Excess & Surplus products conveniently through the Chubb Marketplace - including Westchester Commercial Package, Westchester Commercial Umbrella, and Westchester Liquor Liability
- Continued to improve the user experience with hundreds of Marketplace enhancements completed in 2019

Turning to 2020, Chubb SCI has an aggressive development schedule planned for the Chubb Marketplace: more industry segments, more enhancements, and a major product release we will share with you soon. Stay tuned!
