Judy Matthews, Head of Claims Client Relationship Management UK
Judy has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, the majority of which has been within a claims domain. Judy started her career as a technical Claims Handler, and progressed into Operational Management, leading her own Motor and Casualty claims department. Judy also ran a team of Relationship Managers who were responsible for several key Global accounts.
Before joining Chubb in 2015, Judy was the Regional Claims Manager for an independent Motor Insurer, responsible for all Operational and Customer activities. Judy’s enthusiasm and wealth of experience within the multinational arena mean that she is well placed to respond quickly and effectively to customers, and to ensure they are receiving a first-class experience in their dealings with Chubb.
