Enhanced
Elite is our broadest D&O policy to date and has been specifically developed to cover the risk faced by directors and officers of mid to large companies, including those with multinational capability across the UK, Ireland and beyond. The policy has been developed from our extensive knowledge and expertise in D&O and in response to feedback from our broker panel.

As well as high quality core coverage we also include over 30 extensions of cover as standard, with key cover including: extended definition of investigation, broadened pre-investigation costs extension, preservation of side A limit, insuring clause for subpoena costs, M&A claims extension, regulatory crisis costs extension and insolvency hearing cover.

Enhanced
Criminal and fraudulent activity is constantly evolving. According to the 2016 Crime Survey of England and Wales, “In 2015, there were 5 million frauds, and 2.5 million cyber-crimes. These frauds accounted for more than any other type of crime.”

In order to ensure that our product keeps up with the new emerging risks faced by our customers, and to best support them when an incident occurs, we have added: new 24/7 365 incident response service to provide immediate assistance, incident response costs are payable in addition to the limit of liability and affirmative social engineering cover.

Enhanced
Our expertise and experience in underwriting Financial Institutions risks has enabled us to develop a tailor-made package specifically for the investment management sector. This includes: D&O, E&O (PI) and Crime, which can be extended to include privacy notification cover (cyber) for an additional premium. Cover can be written with either a blended limit or with separate limits depending on your client’s requirements.

New
We have taken this opportunity to take the best from two great products to create our new Management Liability proposition, increasing the breadth and depth of coverage we offer. We are migrating all of our ForeFront and Elite Plus SME 3 policies onto our new ForeFront policy.

The new ForeFront policy is targeted at private limited companies and can be traded by brokers online on the Chubb Ignite system, with risks that fall outside of the online platform being separately underwritten by our experienced underwriters.
