There are already a number of financial lines products available on Chubb Ignite, including D&O, PI and cyber insurance. Each product has been carefully designed for the platform, combining a simple question set with a broad range of features and keen pricing.
At the heart of the platform is the ability to retain client information across the various products to enable smarter cross-selling and more efficient client management.
“The broker logs on and sees what’s available to them and what quotes and policies are in force for their clients. We are making better use of data, so there are fewer questions to answer and, ultimately, fewer referrals,” says Diane.
“24/7 access means brokers can secure cover for their clients whenever they need to and we provide a range of materials on the platform, including facts sheets and point of sale information. Should brokers need to refer a case to us, we have a dedicated support team of underwriters to manage those referrals and also deal with any technical queries.”
“Best of all,” says Diane, “there is a strong pipeline of new products planned this year including accident and health, office package and modular D&O. One of the great things about Chubb Ignite is that we can very quickly deliver new products and functionally to our broker partners.”
