Business Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze the business needs then propose and implement IT solutions to support the business needs to improve the business processes in overall
  • Design database, file structures, form and report, processing and control procedure to ensure adequacy in meeting the requirements and to comply with IT standards
  • Design program logic and do program coding to meet the system specification and to adhere with prescribed standards
  • Develop systems testing and conversion plan as well as coordinate with users to perform UAT

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field
  • 7 years experience, preferable in life insurance industry
  • 5 years in IT application development and implementation projects
  • Analytic skill and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of Database design, programming and SQL language
  • Good English communication skill

Programmer

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze, modify, test and debug new and existing computer programs, analyze problems and make modifications to systems and individual programs and required
  • Develop modifications or enhancements to existing programs to meet customer needs or system design changes
  • Evaluate operations and activities of assigned program responsibilities, recommend improvements and modifications
  • Prepared the system document

Qualifications:

  • Age between 26 – 35 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years experience in System Analysis and programming in related below requirements
  • Knowledge life insurance business would be an advantage
  • Strong Java programming (Database Oracle Database 11g is advantage), SQL Sever, Object Oriented Programming and UML
  • Good analytical skill, highly motivated and team player
  • Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and work well with deadline and can work over time if require
  • Ability to communicate in Thai & English

Partnership Operations (Manager)

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of team regular tasks
  • Main user in Group System Development
  • Cooperate with Partnership team to set up workflow for new product/partner
  • Process improvement
  • Others as assign

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree is preferable
  • Can work under pressure
  • Experience in Partnership assurance is preferable
  • Good Attitude
  • English proficiency
