In the near future, the Policyholder Center will no longer be available to access. You will be redirected here to the Customer Portal to service all your policy and billing needs
No, you should use the Customer Portal for all of your online needs going forward. If you bookmarked the Policyholder Center, make sure to delete, or replace it with a new bookmark for the Customer Portal
If your account was set-up on automatic, recurring payments in Policyholder Center, we have simply moved that information into the Customer Portal for you. You won’t have to go through enrollment again. If you need to change or update your enrollment information, you will be able to do that from the Customer Portal
If you would like to take advantage of our recurring payment feature, please head to the Your Billing section
On the right side of the screen, does it say, Not Enrolled in AutoPay?
If yes, click on the Enroll in AutoPay button, and you will be redirected to a secure site for sign-up
If no, then does it say, Update/Revise? This means you are already enrolled in our automatic, recurring payment feature and don’t have to do anything further
If you would like to take advantage of our recurring payment feature, please head to the Your Billing section

Log into your Masterpiece account
Under Your Policies, click ADD A POLICY TO YOUR ONLINE VIEW and add your Platinum Portfolio policies onto the account
Once complete, verify that the policies added are now available for viewing under the Your Policies section
Or
Log into your newly created ACE account in the Customer Portal
Remove the policies associated with that account
Log out
Log into your Masterpiece account
Under Your Policies, click ADD A POLICY TO YOUR ONLINE VIEW and add your Platinum Portfolio policies onto the account
Once complete, verify that the policies added are now available for viewing under the Your Policies section
