Happy New Year everyone and welcome back.  

I hope you all had a fantastic summer and are feeling refreshed and ready to take on another big year together.  

The team have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with many of you across the country over the past two weeks at our Back to Business events. I know how hard it can be to get back into work-mode after a relaxing holiday, so it’s been wonderful to hear of the record turnouts and to get your thoughts on how we can continue to grow our valued partnership with you in 2024. 2023 was a record year and I want to thank you all for your support – we couldn’t have done it without you. Our 2 months’ FREE campaign continues to be a massive hit, and it’s been fantastic to see how many of your customers are benefitting from our 10% Lifetime Reward. Since the end of October, 46% of new customers taking out an Assurance Extra or Assurance Extra Business product have received this discount.  

Looking ahead, we’re already well underway planning some exciting new initiatives. We look forward to sharing more on these with you as soon as we can.  Remember, you’ve got until 31 March 2024 to make the most of our current campaign offers which in addition to our 10% Lifetime Reward - could save your customers a significant amount on their premiums.  

Finally make sure you check out Independent Economist Cameron Bagrie’s insights this month for his take on the economic outlook this year. There looks to be better times ahead, but we’re not out of the woods yet.
