The Chubb Life Support Person of the Year

The cooler months are well and truly upon us. I trust you managed to make the most of the lovely weather over the Easter and Anzac breaks last month.
When we turned back the clocks last month, we dialled up our Two Months’ Free offer with an extension until 31 May. This gives you another four weeks to give your customers a great start in protecting their financial future. Don’t forget we have an email template and digital assets to help you promote this offer available on our website.
In April’s newsletter we asked you to recognise a person in your team who you couldn’t get by without and who supports you to help your customers get the financial advice and protection they need. We were delighted to see how many of you got behind them with a nomination. We also received nominations for our own Chubb Life team and we’d like to thank you for those as well – we’ve passed on your praise and feedback.
You may have noticed recent media commentary about Adviser numbers falling following the transition phase into full licences. We’re pleased to say this hasn’t been the case for us at Chubb Life – we’ve lost approximately 9% of Advisers which only equates to 3% of new business in 2022.
For the fourth year running, we’ve been named as one of New Zealand’s most trusted brands. This year, we’ve received two highly commended awards – one for the Life Insurance category and one for Funeral Insurance. It’s pleasing to receive this feedback about our service and offering directly from New Zealanders.
Finally, towards the middle of this year we’re planning an unmissable event where we’ll share some industry-leading updates and insights. Look out for your save the date invitation in the next couple of weeks.
