Sign In and Registration  

  • In order to register, you must be a Chubb policyholder. If you are not a Chubb customer, we encourage you to locate an agent near you to learn more about our offerings and becoming a Chubb customer. Registration is free and easy. You will need to fill out some information about yourself and create a Chubb User ID and Password. You will need policy information for registration.

  • Once you have registered and logged in, you are able to take advantage of our convenient and personalized My Policies services such as online policy access, billing and claims information. Getting started is easy - If you would like to view your policy information online, simply add your existing Chubb policies to your private Online Desktop. In addition, you can manage your Chubb Billing accounts, payments and payment information on your Bill Payment Center.

Online Bill Payment 

  • Chubb is pleased to offer an array of payment options for you. Details on these options are available on Pay My Bills Overview.

My Bill  

  • Please include your 16-digit billing account number on your check and mail it to:

  • You can pay your bill online from the Bill Payment Center. For more information on our payment methods, visit Pay My Bills Overview.

  • Chubb offers a pay-by-phone service designed to be a convenient and inexpensive way to submit last-minute premium payments. To use this service, call 1.800.682.4822 on a touch-tone phone. Be sure to have your 8 to 10-digit policy number and a debit/ATM card number OR your personal checking account number and 9-digit bank routing number ready when you call. Payments made by phone will be credited to your Chubb account within 12 hours.

  • Your Billing Schedule lists the billing information (issue dates, due dates, minimum amounts due and total amounts due) for a selected bill payer. You can access your Billing Schedule from the Bill Payment Center by clicking on the Bill Account Number and Billing Schedule from the right sidebar.

  • Your Transaction History lists the recent activity that has occurred for a specific account. Once you have accessed your bill and have selected a bill payer or account number, the Transaction History link will appear on the right.

  • In order to view the last five invoices mailed to a bill payer, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you have accessed your bill and have selected a bill payer or account number, the Recent Invoices link will appear on the right.

My Policies and My Online Desktop  

  • Your Online Desktop is your private view of all of your policies that you've added to your online account. From your Online Desktop you can access your policy, billing, claims, and in some cases, appraisal information. If you are a Signature customer, you'll also have access to the Signature Suite from your Online Desktop. You can access your Online Desktop by clicking My Policies. Please note that you must be a registered user of this site in order to view your policy information online.

  • You can add a policy to your Online Desktop by accessing My Policies. In order to add a policy, you will need to reference a copy of your most recent bill (with the 16-digit account billing number) or a copy of your current policy.

  • You can remove a policy from your Online Desktop by accessing My Policies. Simply click the "remove" link next to the appropriate policy description. Please note that by removing a policy from your Online Desktop you are not canceling your policy or removing your coverage. The Remove a Policy feature should only be used when you no longer wish to view one of your policies online.

  • To obtain a copy of your policy papers, vehicles insurance card(s) or valuable articles schedule, click My Policies and then select Policy Information. You can use the Request a Copy of… link on the right to request that these documents be mailed to you. You also can use the View Policy Paper link to view or print a reference copy of your policy from the Internet.

  • In order to view the recent activity for a specific policy, click Policy Information within the My Policies section. The Policy Activity List link will appear on the right. Your Policy Activity List displays the activities (renewals, newlines, changes to policy, etc.) for your policy within the last two years.

  • Online policy information is not yet available for yacht policies; automobile policies in Hawaii, Kentucky, New Jersey and Virginia; or for policies in North Carolina except for Masterpiece® Excess Liability. However, yacht policyholders, auto policyholders in the states listed above, and North Carolina policyholders can access billing or claims information online. Currently, policy, billing and claims information for expatriate or collector vehicle policies cannot be viewed online.

User ID and Password  

  • If you've forgotten your User ID or Password, please click on the "Forgot your User ID or password" link at www.chubb.com/personal or contact Chubb Customer Care Team on our toll-free number, 1.866.324.8222 (1.866.eChubb2) or via email at customercare@chubb.com

  • If you've forgotten your password, you will need to type in your User ID and answer three Challenge Questions. Remember to type in the challenge information exactly as it was entered during Registration. Once you answer these questions, you will be required to create a new password. For further assistance, please contact the Chubb Customer Care Team at our toll-free number, 1.866.324.8222 (1.866.eChubb2).

  • Your User ID and Password must be between 6 and 32 characters each and should be easy for you to remember. You also will be asked to answer three challenge questions in the event you forget your password.

  • In order to change your password, access the Update Profile section, and click the Change My Password link on the right. You will be required to enter your old password before entering a new one. Your password is case sensitive and must be between 6 and 32 characters. Click Submit when you have finished.

Update Profile 

  • In order to edit your profile information, access the Update Profile section. Once you have made the necessary edits to your profile and preference information, click Submit to save these changes.

Coverage Options  

  • In the Homes section, you can explore the different Chubb coverages available for Homes, City Homes, Condos and Co-ops, Vacation Homes and Renters. You also can access helpful home tips and useful information on moving in this section.

  • In the Automobiles section, choose your state to see which Chubb coverages are available. Once you've made your selection, you'll find new links that lead to more detailed information.


  • In the Valuable Articles section, you can explore the different Chubb coverages available for jewelry, fine arts and more.


  • In the Yachts section, you can explore the different Chubb coverages available. You also can access helpful boating links and a boating glossary in this section.


  • In the Excess Liability section, explore the different Chubb coverages available that can help you protect your hard-earned assets.


  • In the Family Protection section, you will find information about the Masterpiece Family Protection program that helps cover the costs if you and your family are the victim of a home invasion, car jacking, stalking threat or child abduction.


  • In the Family Office section, you can review information about the Masterpiece Family Office program that combines Chubb's personal insurance for individuals with management liability and commercial insurance for family offices.

My Claims  

  • In order to view your Chubb claims for all of the policies you've added to your Online Desktop, you will need to access the My Claims section from the My Policies (your Online Desktop) page. Please note that you can use the "Sort" links to arrange your Claims by Loss Date or Policy Number. For more information on any of the claims listed, click on the Loss Date.

  • To make a claim online, log in and click the Report a Loss link that appears on the right side of each page. If you are not a registered user or would like to speak directly with a representative of our Claim Service Center, please contact 1.800.CLAIMS.0 (1.800.252.4670) toll-free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Collectors  

  • Learn more about Chubb's unique Stamp Collectors, Collector Vehicle and Wine Connoisseur programs. Here, you also can access information about www.chubbcollectors.com, Chubb's online newsletter for collectors.

Signature Suite 

  • If you are a Chubb Signature customer, logging in to My Policies will give you access to the Signature Suite, a Signature-only area of our site that offers special products and services.

The Chubb Difference 

  • The Chubb Difference offers more information about what makes Chubb the leading insurer of fine homes and possessions in the U.S. It contains details about our claims service, home appraisal services, and special services for our Signature customers. You also access the Masterpiece Multimedia Experience for a unique look at Chubb's approach to insurance.

  • This section offers more detailed information about this site such as FAQs, obtaining coverage, resources and tips, glossary, site index, Chubb history and available credits.


  • To find out the available home or vehicle credits for each state, select a state using the drop-down list and click "Go".


  • The Interactive Credits Simulator allows you to choose from sample homes and vehicles from different parts of the country to see how your own combinations of credits can reduce premiums.

Masterpiece Multimedia Experience  

  • The Masterpiece Multimedia Experience (MME) is an interactive virtual home tour that features a full pallet of animation, video and audio. For the best user experience, we recommend that your computer has:
    • A web browser that supports the Flash v5 plug-in,
    • Flash version 5,
    • 56k modem Internet connection speed or higher, and
    • WindowsMediaPlayer version 6.4 and above or QuickTime version 4 and above.

  • WindowsMediaPlayer version 6.4 cannot play video from a secure location on our site (HTTPS protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer). This is part of the design of WindowsMediaPlayer version 6.4. To view MME video files while logged in, use Quick Time or a version of WindowsMediaPlayer greater than 6.4.


  • If you are on a corporate network and experiencing problems with the MME, your network may be using a proxy. Contact your network administrator to assist in resolving the issue.

Limited Availability 

  • During limited availability, you will have access to the Bill Payment Center to make a bill payment and claim information (if available). Other policy and billing information might not be available due to scheduled system maintenance as follows:
    • 11:00 PM — 11:30 PM (EST) Sunday - Wednesday and Friday
    • 11:00 PM — 11:59 PM (EST)Saturday
    • 12:00 AM — 4:00 AM (EST) Sunday

System Availability 

  • Policy and Billing information is unavailable throughout due to scheduled system maintenance as follows:

Macintosh Users 

  • Currently, certain areas of My Policies may not display or perform optimally on standard Macintosh systems. Consequently, users may experience limited functionality.

Privacy and Security  

  • In order to help protect your personal information, Chubb requires that you answer three Challenge Questions during Registration. If you would like to change your password, you will need to answer these Challenge Questions. If you have forgotten your challenge information, please contact the Chubb Customer Care Team at our toll-free number, 1.866.324.8222 (1.866.eChubb2) to have your password reset.


  • Your session may expire due to inactivity. This occurs to help protect your secure information — for example, you may have stepped away from your computer and forgotten to log-out. Simply log in again to start a new session.


  • This web site is an information channel for both you and your agent or broker and it allows your agent or broker to view the same information online as you. He or she may obtain a report that shows that you have accessed your policy(s) online. This report will NOT reveal your user ID, password, or time spent on this web site.
