1. Chubb MY ‘Find the #ProsperityRabbits’ (“Contest”) is organized by Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“Chubb”).
2. This Contest is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Malaysia Permanent Residents aged 18 years old and above only (“Participant”).
3. Chubb’s employees (including its associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies) and their family members, Chubb’s Intermediaries (including agents, brokers and financial advisors) and their staff, as well as those who are involved in organizing, advertising and/or running the Contests are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
4. By participating in the Contest, the participant is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out herein.
5. The qualifying period for the Contest is from 6 January 2023 – 12 January 2023, 11:59PM (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period"). Entries received after 12 January 2023, 11:59PM will not be eligible for the contest.
6. To be eligible to win, Participants are required to complete the following steps:
i) Like & Follow Chubb MY’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/ChubbInsuranceMY)
ii) Put the answer in the comments.
iii) Tag 3 friends and share the post.
7. Only Participants that submitted the complete entry and fulfill the Terms and Conditions set out herein shall be eligible for a chance to win a prize (“Qualified Participants”).
8. Only ten (10) Qualified Participants (“Winner”), as decided by Chubb, will be selected to receive Chubb 2023 Chinese New Year Red Packets (“Prize”).
9. Results for the Contest will be announced via Chubb MY within one (1) month after the end of the Contest Period. Chubb will notify the Winners respectively via Facebook Private Message. The Winners are required to provide their full name, contact number, postal address and email address for Prize fulfilment purposes.
10. If a Winner fails to provide the details within five (5) calendar days, the Prize for that Winner will be forfeited. The Winner whose Prize has been forfeited as indicated herein shall not be entitled to seek for any compensation from Chubb.
11. Chubb reserves the right to replace the Prize with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.
12. Chubb shall not be responsible for the use, merchantability, quality or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspects of the Prize or the replacement item.
13. Chubb shall not be liable to any party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the Prize or the replacement item.
14. By participating in this contest, participants are deemed to have given their consent to Chubb to collect, process and use the personal data submitted for the purpose of the Contest. 15. Chubb’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. No further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
16. Chubb reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Terms & Conditions or that interferes with the entry process.
