Bunker & Ray: Our Attorneys

Mr. Bunker is responsible for defense of a wide variety of cases, including numerous complex, serious products liability cases and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases. Mr. Bunker has successfully tried a variety of product liability, premises and automobile cases.

Mr. Ray defends a wide range of cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, products liability and general negligence. In addition, he is experienced in defending professional liability cases against freight forwarders and property managers.

Mr. Young is an experienced trial attorney, focusing his practice in employment and labor law issues. He also defends matters involving premises liability, automobile accidents and product liability.

Ms. Barbich is an Associate in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Ms. Barbich currently defends employment litigation cases.

Mr. Batastini is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of Philadelphia's House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Mr. Batastini currently defends all types of employment law and casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability and auto liability.

Mr. Plaza is Lead Subrogation Attorney of the Pennsylvania House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Mr. Plaza brings extensive experience to House Counsel in the handling of various subrogation matters, including product liability, construction defect and maritime claims.

May Mon Post is Lead Attorney in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray, where she is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb's insureds.

D.J. Dawson is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Dawson served as in-house counsel for GEICO for several years.  Mr. Dawson is an experienced in-house defense counsel handling claims from inception to trial in Federal and State Courts.

Elizabeth Hall is a Subrogation Associate in the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Hall worked in personal injury and subrogation.  Ms. Hall currently works in all types of property loss cases including premises liability, products liability, and construction defects.

Michael Harding is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, he was trial counsel at CNA for 13 years.

Bruce Owens is an Associate in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray.  Mr. Owens currently is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb’s insureds, including claims arising under Title VII, American with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal state laws.
