Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse is a member of the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Vivacharawongse was a partner at a national litigation firm, where he focused his practice in the area of complex product liability litigation, commercial litigation, compliance and risk avoidance strategies. Mr. Vivacharawongse also served as dedicated North American Counsel for various global businesses, providing litigation management, governmental liaison, and product manual and warranty drafting services.
