Terence H. DeMarzo is an Attorney in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New York City House Cousel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk, and specializes in a wide range of complex property damage cases that include fires, water damage and fine art. Mr. DeMarzo has experience in working with experts, forensic specialists and investigators on a myriad of issues and in generating viable targets for recovery through a thorough investigation. Mr. DeMarzo works diligently to uncover all possible avenues of recovery.
Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. DeMarzo was a senior litigation associate at a national law firm, where he was involved in several large loss and property subrogation cases. Furthermore, Mr. DeMarzo has conducted several trials and arbitrations which resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients.
Mr. DeMarzo is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
