Bhavleen Sabharwal is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Ms. Sabharwal specializes in representing coops and condominiums in defense of claims involving discrimination and breach of fiduciary duty.
Bhavleen also specializes in the defense of employers being investigated for discrimination before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Human Rights Commission and before the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Bhavleen has sucessfully litigated for her clients in supreme courts across New York State and is also an experienced federal litigator admitted in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Bhavleen was selected from a competitive pool of applicants for the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Practice Group.
