Jennifer L. Startzel is an Attorney in Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm of Kirmser, Lamastra, Cunningham & Skinner. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Startzel was an associate at Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Boylan, Garubo & Bell, P.C., where her practice focused on defending commercial automobile, products liability and premises liability claims, along with broker's negligence and malpractice claims. Ms. Startzel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., then the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Vicinage 13, Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. Ms. Startzel currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability and auto negligence, along with employment matters.
