Mr. Schueler has extensive trial experience with medical malpractice, product liability, director and officers litigation, errors and omissions matters, professional liability, association liability, commercial litigation matters and general court litigation.

Mr. Dallavo's practice includes defending cases alleging premises liability, products liability, general negligence, automobile liability and construction accidents. He also is experienced in defending professional liability litigation for various categories of professionals including debt collectors, franchises, freight forwarders and property managers.

Mr. Casieri has extensive trial experience with medical malpractice, product liability, directors and officers liability, association liability, commercial litigation matters and general court litigation.

Stephanie Cantrell is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the Chicago House Counsel firm of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri.  Ms. Cantrell currently represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, with particular emphasis on defending harassment and discrimination claims in federal court under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Ms. Irwin handles a diverse practice that includes defense of premises and auto liability, nursing home litigation, products liability, general liability and appellate proceedings. Prior to joining Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri, Ms. Irwin was an associate with Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey (1999-2002) handling medical malpractice defense and general liability litigation.

Mr. Knoll currently focuses his practice on employment and civil rights litigation, including defending harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Section 1983, Section 1981 and the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA).

Ms. Rodosky concentrates her practice in all aspects of employment and civil rights litigation. She represents employers in cases brought under state and federal civil rights statutes, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA) and wrongful discharge matters.

Alex L. Ottenheimer is an Associate at the Chicago House Counsel firm Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Alex worked at Nielsen, Zehe & Antas in Chicago where he specialized in subrogation. Mr. Ottenheimer currently specializes in the area of subrogation and litigates cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Joshua J. Whiteside is an Attorney at the Chicago House Counsel firm Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Mr. Whiteside has practiced in many areas of civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country. He has specific experience handling property subrogation, general liability, premises liability, and product liability matters.

Melody Gomez is an Associate in the Chicago House Counsel firm of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Melody was an associate at Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. Her experience includes working as a Senior Associate at an in-house counsel office for a national liability insurer as well as experience as a Plaintiff's attorney in the beginning of her career.

Patrick R. Gareis is an Attorney in the Chicago House Counsel firm of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Gareis was in private practice handling litigation matters, estates and environmental cases.  He is an adjunct professor at the College of DuPage, teaching Constitutional Law at the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy.
