Marc M. Crumpton,
Marc M. Crumpton, Jr. is an experienced litigation attorney practicing with the Florida Staff Counsel firm of McGuiness & Cicero. Prior to joining Chubb’s Staff Counsel, Mr. Crumpton spent many years focusing his practice in the area of general liability on both sides. His work experience includes being an equity partner at a large Florida insurance defense firm and serving as the in-house managing trial attorney in Tampa for one of the nation’s largest carriers.
Mr. Crumpton has tried numerous cases successfully to verdict over the years in and around the Tampa Bay area specializing in the areas of catastrophic and other personal injury claims. He has represented numerous local and nationally owned corporations including retail chains, hotels, restaurants, clubs, product manufacturers, and security companies to name a few. Mr. Crumpton is a “people person” and is known in the legal community for being fair and reasonable in litigating, earning an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell among his peers in 2013. This prestigious rating is only obtained by experienced lawyers who have demonstrated both a high degree of skill and high ethical standards over their career.
