  • Regional Managing Attorney, California House Counsel
  • Ms. Kuluva had management oversight of the four law offices located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego. She is admitted to all courts in the State of California and Montana and to all United States District Courts in California. Ms. Kuluva has significant trial experience in defending attorneys in legal malpractice cases.

Mark S. Armijo
  • Managing Attorney, Newport Beach and San Diego
  • Mr. Armijo defends civil litigated cases and his areas of practice include premises liability, automobile and subrogation. He is also experienced in defending professional liability cases against travel agents and debt collectors.

Edward Garcia
  • Managing Attorney, San Francisco
  • Mr. Garcia’s practice emphasizes the litigation of a broad range of employment related disputes, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and workplace harassment in both federal and state courts. Mr. Garcia has also represented employers in numerous proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, California Fair Employment and Housing Commission, California Labor Board and California Workers Compensation Appeals Board.
