Russell “Todd” Windisch has joined the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Armijo, Morovati & Shields in the Los Angeles Office. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Windisch practiced premises liability, product liability, auto, construction law at a large National Firm. He has over 15 years of experience litigating cases with a strong track record of successfully defending complex, high exposure cases. Mr. Windisch has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, trial and alternative dispute resolution and has been able to resolve many disputes through informal settlement negotiations, mediation and mandatory settlement conferences.
